lower costs of all medications!

i am unable to afford medications most especially pain medications i need to function much less hold down any job. For my muscle relaxers it costs over 300.00 even with medical insurance and my pain patches over 200.00 also with medical insurance as i have to meet a 5000.00 deductible first before insurance will pay for these medications. How come I never see President Obama help with these issues as much as making sure we get insured, which we cannot afford our medications much less good health insurance especially when we don't qualify for any healthmarket place credit to reduce paying for insurance????
