Lower crime rates,raise property value,and offer a cleaner more morely sound country for our youth

We would like to see some changes to the criminal justice in this country. First would like to see every state enforce the death penalty. Second strengthen the terms of said death penalty to one offense. A man rapes a women he should be put to death, obviously at that point he is not nor will ever be a productive member of society. Used to be cut off the hand for theft, bring it back, make the criminals afraid to be criminals. We don't need positive reinforcement for our kids, when there bad they need punishment,as well when there good they need rewarded. So we teach from an early age consideration for the rules Address the growing problem of the disease of homosexualism.
