We the People,request Legislative Powers-Congress,House of Rep and Senate members receive salary reductions.The wages of each elected official will not exceed the avg median wage of their residing state based on 2011 Census reports income/family size scale or the Avg Natl median of $50,502.Pay-cut shall be uniform w/o regard to status or tenure. Pay-cut shall be permanent and adjust only to the median incomes described. Any increase above shall be by vote of the people of each represented state.All members shall lose a day of pay equal to the time of delay of duties performed (i.e. 2012/13 Budget delay).We request this to protect our economy,reduce our debt & insure that those holding positions take part in the solution & accountability to citizens.
