Lower the drinking age to 18! An 18 year old can serve and die for the rights in the U.S. which include's drinking.

Created by J.P. on November 12, 2012

To take a certified alcohol awareness course to be able to drink between ages 18-20. At age 18 you are legally an adult in the U.S., and adults should have the right to make their own decisions about drinking alcohol. Turning 18 entails receiving the rights and responsibilities of adulthood to vote, smoke, serve on juries, get married, sign contracts,be prosecuted, and join/draft in the military. Lowering the drinking age from 21 to 18 would allow 18-20 year old adults to drink alcohol safely in regulated environments with supervision. Prohibiting this age group from drinking in bars, restaurants, and other licensed locations causes them to drink in unsupervised places such as fraternity houses or house parties where they will binge drink and do other unsafe and illegal behavior.
