Lowering the drinking age will not only give our youth the natural rights they deserve but also force the new generations to become more independent and mature. This freedom will bring maturity to the culture of our youth. Since the children will lead our countries future, it is important to insure their intelligence and independence. Also, we can all agree how absurd it is that a young man or woman, at the age of 18, can fight for this country but cannot buy a beer for her/him self. Let's give these legal "adults" their freedoms.
