18 year olds are allowed to vote, mary, and serve their country. If they're allowed to do anything as an adult, then why should they not be allowed to drink at 18? Over the years, binge drinking has risen on college campus. Lowering the drinking would allow 18 year olds to safely drink in public without having to hide behind closed doors.
