It seems mind boggling that men and women can don a military uniform, go to a foreign country, and fight to defend the freedoms we enjoy here, long before they can legally have their first drink. It should be viewed as a sign of responsibility and maturity, that an 18 year old would make such a selfless sacrifice as to serve in the United States Military. Shouldn't they also then be treated in the same manner as any other soldier over the age of 21?
