Lower the drinking age to 19.

There have been way to many problems with the drinking age of 21. Our citizens can do almost anything at the age of 18 and are considered adults, yet they cannot drink. Most of our underage binge drinking culture is due to the fact that it needs to be hidden. Recently at universities accross the nation, many of our bright and awesome future have been arrested for underage drinking. If the legal age was 19, we could keep alcohol out of high schools, and we would have a much better chance of controlling our youth when they drink. There would be a lot less arrests, and I believe that the binge culture would die down. Please sign this and pass it on.
