Dear Mr President,
For many years now the drinking age has been raised to 21 because of car accidents and irresponsibility, and the age should be dropped to 19 for states to continue to get funding. All across the world is the drinking age 18-19 in many free countries, how can this country be truly free if something such as drinking is illegal until such a high age. At 19 students in high school will still not be able to purchase it at this age. If parents were to teach drinking responsibility at a young age and small quantities there would be less binge drinking and less accidents. People in other countries have it at 18 and they're fine because they're more responsible as they made it not such a big deal of obtaining it. You can even die for your country at 18 but not drink. CHANGE.
