Lower the drinking age from 21 to 18.

Created by S.H. on March 10, 2013

In this nation once an individual reaches the age of 18 they are allowed to serve in the military, legally enter a contract, use tobacco products as they see fit, and decide who their representatives in government will be. They, however; are not allowed to choose whether or not they can consume alcohol. If society deems people fit to make all the decisions above why are they denied the choice to consume alcohol. We should recognize that people who are considered adults should be given every right to make decisions about their own lives in every aspect that does not harm another individual.
