Most countries (Europe especially) have drinking ages at a reasonable age of about 18. Because of this, these countries have fewer incidents with DUI's and other incidents relating intoxication. If you introduce alcohol to teens at an early age, then they will learn how to use and not abuse it. Having the legal age be 21 only makes kids want to drink more because it makes them feel rebellious.
Lowering the drinking age can benefit us all. Its time we modernized some of our laws and stopped be the "strict" country. Allow states to lower their drinking ages without cutting certain federal funds like highway funds.
