Lower the drinking age for active duty military personnel from the age of 21 to the age of 18

To allow active duty military members the ability to consume alcohol under the age of 21. These people are legally able to die for their country but not allowed to consume alcohol in their home country but they can abroad? Please allow them to drink while home but only if they are active duty.
