The United States of America should lower the legal age of drinking and gambling. The legal age for drinking in Europe and Asia are 18-19. It is my belief that we should lower the age in the United States to 18 for beer and 19 for hard liquor and gambling. By lowering the age for gambling and drinking you not only get more tax dollars from adults who at the age of 18 can fight in war, buy cars. homes, and recieve credit cards, you also lower the risk of drunk underage drivers. By telling adults who are 18-20 that they cannot enjoy a drink with friends or a casino night you are taunting them. Its just like a child with a cookie or candy jar, if you say no you cannot have one they sneak it anyways.
