Lower the Federal Tax Rate witholding by 1/2 for 2011 only. i.e. 10% to 5%, 15% to 7.5%, 25% to 12.5%, 28% to 14%

For year 2011 only, please decrease the Federal Income Tax withholding Rate to 1/2 of what the Tax Rate Schedule is for 2011. This should help boost the economy because it puts some money back into the economy immediatley as soon as the income tax check is received and cashed by the individual taxepayer. If the President can use his "Executuve Power" to do this without casuing a deficit in the economy, then by all means..... please pass this ASAP.

NOTE: If this works, then please try this for 2012 as well.
