It is an absolute travesty that the White House has not lowered the flag in honor of the victims of the Chattanooga attack. These were members of our armed forces, killed in cold blood on our own soil. They deserve the honor of lowered flags first, before and more than anyone else. The fact that it has not been is an insult to the men and women who serve. This must be remedied.
