Malik Taylor pka Phife Dawg was heavily involved in hip hop being part of A Tribe Called Quest. He was also involved in sports, was a family man and suffered from diabetes. Phife should be honored to his contribution to the arts and to sports. He should also be honored for sharing his health condition which added to awareness in communities where diabetes affects many. We should honor him by lowering the flag to half staff as his contributions not only affected our country, but the world as a whole in a positive manner.
