Lower the Grey Market law on foreign vehicles from 25 years to 15 years.

I am creating this petition to lower the grey market law on Right-Hand Drive vehicles from 25 years to 20-15 years. This will not only help to bring more car culture to the United States, but to also be able to bring more jobs with working on these vehicles, and to also educate people on the culture and history of the places that the cars would come from.
