Lower the house and senate to only draw a salary of 15,000 for 1 term in office or raise the minimum Wage

I want our house, senate, Mayors and Governors in the USA to take a pay cut to 15,000 for there entire term in office. Also they will have to declare any additional income they have coming in outside of the government, OR they can raise minimum wage to $15.00. The president proposed the idea lets hold them to it.
