Additional incentive for Congress and the Senate to put petty differences aside and come to an agreement that works for all Americans. Now and into the future. The lack of confidence in Washington is the single most detrimental issue holding back our economy today. Every person in every aspect of life, rich or poor is extremely worried about their future and the future of our country. Until our elected officials feel the same pressures that all other Americans feel, there will be no action. If Congress and Senate can't pass an approved budget, they have failed the American people. So as a stockholder in the United States of America, I propose that pay should be docked or non-existent for all House and Senate Members until a proper budget is in place and confidence is restored
