lower the the income tax rate of all the citizens of The United States of America to a rate of 10%

It is ridiculous that there are tax rates as high as 40% that is way too much out of someone's income and if it was lowered that still would not be fair considering we shouldn't have income tax at all but it is something I can settle for.
