People don't hire workers because of the high taxes and they aren't making enough money to hire and stay afloat do more people are out of work and they depend on welfare but if the taxes on the employers were lowered they will hire more thus creating more jobs and helping more people off welfare thereby saving taxpayers employers and the government money.
