Lower the interest rate on student loans to 3.0%.

Created by D.C. on January 20, 2013

Lower the interest rates on student loans to 3.0%. The current rates are over 6.%. Lowering the rates will help the economy and housing markets rebound by essentially allowing college graduates to put their earnings back into the economy as opposed to repaying student loans.
