Lower the legal age of consent on which there are no restrictions for consensual sexual activities to the age of 12.

The legal age of consent is the age at or above which a person is considered to have the legal capacity to consent to sexual activity. Both partners must be of legal age to give consent. The older partner must not force or use any foul play. Sexual activity must be agreed by both parties. Different people grow and learn at different rates and it’s unfair for all who are ready and mature to wait till the current legal age of 18.
