The legal drinking age should be 18. If you are considered an adult at the age of 18, allowed to vote and they are even prosecuting kids under the age of 18 as adults. So if the law is able to view a teen as an adult to prosecute them for higher consequences, then an adult at the age of 18 should be able to choose if they want to drink.
