When a citizen turns 18 they become an adult by law (17 in some states). You are allowed to sign up for the army and give your life for your country. You can smoke,play lottery, buy guns (riffles) and vote. All that being said you should be allowed to have alcohol. Why can you be treated as an adult yet be told you are to young or alcohol. So I petition that the law be changed and the drinking age be lowered. " If I can die for my country, then let me have a beer before I do"
