Lower the Minimum Legal Drinking Age to 18, helping give consistent rights to all legal adults

Created by T.G. on April 15, 2013

Through the enactment of the National Minimum Drinking Age act, the federal government forced states to raise the MLDA to 21 by threat of witholding funds. This led to the rights of legal adults who can be drafted into war, vote, and enter into legal contracts, to be stripped from them. Lowering the MLDA would reverse these descriminatory acts, returing rights to the youth of these United States.
