Lower the National Drinking Age to 18

I petition the Obama Administration to lower the National Drinking Age to 18. When the drinking age was moved up to 21, just because it was illegal for anyone under 21 to drink alcoholic beverages did not mean people stopped doing it. Instead, people under 21 simply did it in private. And now that it is illegal for anyone under 21 to consume alcoholic beverages many believe it only makes it more exciting for underage people to drink.
