Lower the National drinking age to 18 by rescinding the National Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984.

In 1984 the Federal Government strong-armed every state in the union into raising their drinking ages to 21 by means of the National Minimum Drinking Age Act. Now, almost thirty years later, I find this law null and useless. Men and Woman ages 18-20 go to dangerous and unmonitored means to come into the possession of alcohol; being in this small group of people myself, I will testify to this fact. We are forced to go to extensive and illegal means to do a thing that we will be doing with or without this age restriction. It makes no sense to me that I can have jury duty, vote, work, kill, and die for this great nation; yet I can't run down the street and buy myself a beer. There must be a simple and acceptable mediation to this skewed and unreasonable law.
