TO LOWER THE NUMBER OF PETITIONS REQUIRED TO REQUIRE A WHITE HOUSE RESPONSE FROM 100,000.

Created by S.N. on January 16, 2013

The recent increase of the White House's "We the People" platform to require 100,000 people to sign a petition to merit the response of our government. This increase from 20,000 to 100,000 is drastic and should be lowered back or even removed as a arbitrary number that runs counter to how petitions should function in America.

Customer service and government should go hand in hand. It should be the Executive's goal, initiative, and mission to answer all petitions over a reasonable # of signees.
