Lower the number of required signatures for a petition review from 25,000, to a total of 10,000 signatures required.

Created by D. . on December 21, 2011

The current number of 25,000 signatures for an administrative review is exceedingly high, due to the fact that the "We the People" website is not highly advertised, nor is this website brought to the general publics knowledge in a highly publicized manner. Due to the fact the "We the people" petition site is not highly visable to the general public, it all but makes certain that the people who can and would benifit from such petitions that are being posted on this site, cannot be represented in a fair and just manner. The "We the people" needs to lower the total of signatures needed for a petition review lowered to a more and realistic number. The creators of "We the People" site have raised the required number of needed signatures to guarantee that most petitions will not be reviewed.
