This is a call to lower or eliminate college tuition along with student debt. The high costs of college tuition has been an obstacle for students wanting to attend a higher education for years now. In 2013, 69% of seniors who graduated from public and nonprofit colleges had student loan debt, with an average of $28,400 per borrower. This represents a two percent increase from the average debt of 2012 public and nonprofit graduates. Many students either can't attend college because of costs or are struggling to pay off their student loan debt. College education should be made affordable to all students.
