Lower the pay of the legislative body, and start the reforming process of that body. So this country can do something.

I think the Congressional body has become fat and useless. I think we the people should change that. Limit the pay they receive for what little they do. Change the number of members in the House and the Senate. There are just to many voices and to many alternate agendas for it to be useful.
