I believe that the entire process of "raising the minimum wage", is a complete lie. Once the actual minimum wage has been raised, not soon after, businesses raise their prices and therefore, restarting the cycle of struggling again. I do not see the point, of rent for a one bedroom being almost $2000! It's absurd to know that I can work for a month, and STILL not have enough to pay for rent, let alone food. I'm in disbelief that this country can pay "celebrities" millions upon millions of dollars, yet the people that actually work for and with the public to better lives, get paid little to nothing and are told to deal with it. I'm going to need for this country to change its ways, and better the world for my future children.
