The new Distinguished Warfare medal for drone pilots is rated higher than a bronze star. It is an insult to recipients of the Bronze star to award a medal with a higher ranking to someone who doesnt set foot on the battlefield. Drone pilots should receive recognition for the unique skill set and contributions they are making in the war on terror but not at the expense of Soldiers, Sailors , Marines and airmen who have gone beyond the call of duty. Please stop this medal from outranking the bronze star.
