Lower the required poll requirement to participate in presidential debates.

A lower poll percentage requirement (5%) for a candidate not in the Democrat nor the Republican parties would allow for the ideas of other groups of the American people to be explained and backed by said candidates. These ideas that are backed by large portions of the American people cannot be represented in a system where 15% in the polls is required to attend the debates.
