Lower the requirement age for senior housing from 62 to 55 without having to be disabled to do so. There is a need.

Single, widowed or widowers, & even married & middle aged people with no dependents are finding it increasingly hard to stay in their homes if they can even afford one. As a single person, we cannot claim head of household status even though we are head of our households. We need to lower the age requirement for these complexes.
