No federal, state, or local member of any elected, or appointed political office or deputy therein of, which shall include but not be limited to President, Members of Congress, Members of the Senate, Governors or Judiciary branches, shall earn, obtain or be privileged to salaries or compensations that exceed the current federally established rate of minimum hourly wages.
Hourly pay shall be determined by total time spent in draft or debate within governmental offices and shall not be in excess of forty (40) hours per week.
No benefits shall be earned or compensated beyond this to said individuals during the time/terms spent in office with the exception of earnings from privately owned businesses provided such business does not profit nor primarily conduct business with the government.
