Lower the Small Business Administration Line of Credit from $100,000.00 to $25,0000.00 for small businesses

Created by M.E. on May 14, 2012

Presently, the Small Business Loan to a small business is $100,000.00. Lower the amount of the Federal Loan Guarantee, from $100,000.00 to $25,000.00. All small businesses run their daily working capital off of credit cards. Typically, these credit cards charge the small business owner anywhere from 11 to 38% annual fees. If an SBA line of credit was established at 3% or 4% - many small businesses would make more profit from paying less bank charges for financing their business.

Young people could have a business idea and actually try out that idea with a SBA line of credit of $25,000.00. This line of credit MUST be paid back. No bankruptcy allowed.

This would CREATE MORE PROFIT for millions of store owners and small businesses all across America.
