Lower the smoking age for recreational use of Marijuana for Washington/Colorado from 21 to 18.

Created by T.B. on January 30, 2013

On Dec 6th 2012 the law was passed for recreational use of Marijuana for the State of Washington/Colorado. Marijuana Smoking age is 21. (There are no recorded deaths for cannabis use alone) Cigarette smoking age 18. (1 in 5 deaths in the United States). "People die from alcohol overdoses. There has never been a fatal marijuana overdose." http://www.saferchoice.org/content/view/24/53/ So making Marijuana laws the same as alcohol laws is Ridiculous. Lower the smoking age to 18 for recreational use of Marijuana.
