Lower the threshold for a response to a petition to 25,000 from it's current standard of 100,000.

Lower the threshold for a response on this website from the current standard of 100,000 to 25,000. It doesn't take a genius to see why the threshold was raised to 100K. Why would the adminstration want to proivide an actual response to these pesky petitions. President Obama, if you really believe in transparency and expanding democracy you will mandate a return to a lower threshold for public response. Furthermore please mandate a more user friendly website that lists ALL petions on a single page instead of having to click on every 20 petitions.
