I think it's about time that the united states government stops trying to act like they're saving everybody from themselves. As if the increase in oil prices isn't enough now they keep raising the tobacco tax because they think it will make everybody quit smoking and because they just want to get their own sorry asses out of debt.
The government is just trying to control every aspect of our lives. Did any of you stupid bastards ever stop to think that some of us don't want to quit smoking? Smoking tobacco is a choice that we make because we have the freedom to choose how we live our lives. This constant increase on the price of tobacco is nothing more than an attack on our human rights. It's about time they stop treating us like victims and treating the tobacco industry like the enemy.
