Currently, 18 percent of the United States is under drought conditions. We can end unemployment, abolish drought, eliminate soil loss, and fight global warming- all by enlisting citizens to plant hybridized drought, cold and herbicide-tolerant Kudzu (Pueraria lobata) on their farms and in backyards nationwide. Kudzu is a wonder plant which grows naturally across the southeastern united states.
Existing kudzu vines can produce millions of cuttings at very low cost which grow rapidly without human intervention.The vines provide shade to vulnerable forests, deserts and even cities- can be removed easily by hand or dynamite.
