Dear Mr. President,
We should lower the fees for college. We should do this because a kid might be very bright, but not have enough money to go to the college that she or he might want to go to. Most colleges charge over $18,000 per year. Even if the child gets a scholarship, not all scholarships are for the whole time they are in college. We need to lower the fees for college.
