Lowering Marijuana(Cannabis) from a schedule one drug to a schedule two or schedule three drug for medical purposes.

Marijuana(Cannabis) is currently listed as a schedule one drug. The signers of this document do formally petition our Federal Government as guaranteed under the Constitution of the USA, to have Marijuana lowered in schedule from schedule one to schedule two or schedule three. We do not condone or condemn the use of recreational Marijuana. Our singular purpose is for the legalization of medical Marijuana. The evidence of the healing power of Marijuana is overwhelming and continues to grow. Once Marijuana is lowered in schedule the scientific and medical community of the USA will be unshackled to research it further. We respectfully ask that on completion of the minimum signers of this petition that it be presented to the President of the USA for his review and consideration.
