To outlaw Puppy Mills in the U.S.A. To ban the sell of puppy mill puppies in pet stores and shopping malls, allowing only the sale of shelter animals, much like Canada has done.
Thus reducing or elimimating Dog pounds. The cost of euthanization to this country is as a whole is staggering. Millions of animals are housed and euthanized each year the cost is passed on to tax paying citizens in the form of taxes.
The elimination of mass production breeding facilities would effectively assist the legitimate breeders to be able to inctease the cost of their pure breed animals.
This is a winning situation for tax payers and Lucky Dogs everywhere!
