We the people hereby petition the President of the United States to formally enact Legislation to provide the resources and oversight for the creation of a National Park on the Moon for lunar beautification, comprised solely of recycled materials from plastics, paints, liquids, electronics.etc.
This would not only provide a space to properly dispose of inorganic materials in a fashionable and environmentally Earth friendly way, as these materials could be used to create artificial grass, trees, water, and "wildlife", which could be seen from a telescope.
This project would not only engender a sense of articulate beauty, it would help save our existing natural parks and waters from further contamination.
