Lunch fraud could save billions of dollars!!! Require parents to supply schools with proof of income for school lunches.

I am a 15 year old student from Massachusetts. As I wonder the hall of my school I see my fellow classmates wearing top brand clothes, talking on smartphones, and scrolling through their tablets yet they are fed free lunch supplied by the tax money of fellow citizens. Students required to pay for lunch would result in over 20 billion dollars in savings. I pay for lunch and when i hear my wealthier classmates receiving free lunch how do they have it they reply, "Oh, My parents just lied on the lunch sheet, it is really easy, they don't ever find out."
