The purpose of this law is to improve the security.
The criminals benefit to much from the dark windows in their vehicles.
They use the advantage of dark windows in their vehicles to watch and harass houses. So the people from the house can't realize if the car parked on the street contain somebody smoking or speaking by telephone or is a bunch of thugs watching the house.
The dark windows must be made illegal!!!
