I am emigrant from Ukraine . I opened small business in Pennsylvania. The mafia seized the business . I addressed to many departments, but all departments avoid to help me. I addressed to the lawyer , but the lawyer told I am economical weak, but the mafia will pull time in the court, and I will bankrupt . You can see the problem here :

Obama told about the help for small business ,and about democracy . Is it the democracy , if the mafia seized my business and money without the meeting in the court ?The mafia told me I will pay for their expensive lawyer because US's laws protect they. May be The constitution canceled in the US if the mafia have as big right but I have no right even invite the mafia to the court.
