Mainstream US Veterans' Healthcare

Created by E.E. on May 17, 2014

Provide healthcare to US Veterans at non-military hospitals instead of isolating care at Veterans Hospital. The success in the Affordable Care Act shows that we can provide the necessary paperwork to also allow Veterans to be treated at commercial hospitals. The hospitals would be reimbursed in a system similar to medicaid/medicare. With the exception of catastrophic war injuries, regional hospitals can care for our veterans and keep their well being in the light of commercial scrutiny as opposed to the current situation where veterans' care is allowed to be hidden away.
